These are just my issues, but I wanted to put them here because others may wish to know these things (as I would have liked to know) before trying to find it out for myself.
MAGIC TRACKPAD 2 WINDOWS 10 GESTURES HOW TO
We are still evaluating the best way on how to initiate a real Windows zoom gesture. While Windows touchscreens do support smooth pinch zoom, its not available via the mouse interfaces. edge swiping the charms when your cursor is on the LEFT side of the screen is painful (similar to above issue). No, we currently do not support the pinch zoom gesture: Hold the Ctrl key and scroll vertically to zoom on Windows, (note this is not a smooth zoom, it steps by 10). Have to swipe from the top but then have to "move down" the cursor to the address bar to be able to type an address in.
MAGIC TRACKPAD 2 WINDOWS 10 GESTURES DRIVERS
I'm using the Magic Trackpad 2 under Windows 11 with the drivers from https. I'm cool with that but its frustrating for example in IE to Magic Trackpad 2 accidental touches & gestures under Windows 11. this may be "just a thing" because of the differences between touch and cursor use. not being able to edge swipe from the bottom is annoying because of the limitations of cursor location. edge swipes are difficult to get right (maybe improves with time, but I'm still struggling to get it right after 3 days of constant experimentation) It acts just like my mouse so i am unable to use any gestures other than simple scrolling (like the middle scroll wheel of a mouse). I recently purchased a magic trackpad 2 and for the most part everything is working however windows 10 doesn't recognize the trackpad as a touchpad. touching and double touching are often confused I am running Parallels Desktop 11 in OS X 10.11.5. IMO the "tap clicks" are pretty slow to respond

This post has a link to a page which shows how to connect a Magic Trackpad to a Windows machine thats not on Boot Camp and a few observations I made when attempting to connect. If you installed Windows 10 on your Mac using Boot Camp, or you just want to use it with your PC, all you need is the right software and Bluetooth compatibility.

However, with the right steps, you can successfully use it with Windows 10 on Mac or PC. The driver, setPoint, or whatever its called, doesn't seem to be loaded (or kick in) until you have finished loggin in- meaning its behaviour is different in the login screen and for several seconds (so far I haven't got "advanced" features in underģ0 seconds after login - that's pretty poor), which is jarring and annoying but not critical. I started using an Apple Magic Trackpad yesterday and already far prefer it to a mouse (Ill do a review of it next week once Ive used it a bit more). The Magic Mouse 2 wasnt designed to work with anything but Mac. For reference - I got a t650 and have played with it for a while - I agree its good, but its not great.
